My career hasn’t followed a straight line—and that unique trajectory is my greatest strength.
I began in international affairs, managing Congressional exchange programs for Vital Voices Global Partnership, before moving into non-profit leadership and anti-trafficking advocacy. When I transitioned into UX/UI design, everything aligned: I was doing the same human-centered work—deeply listening, identifying core needs, and building empathetic solutions—expressed through digital products.
What I Bring:
Scale & Operations: Most recently as a Digital Specialist at Hilton Grand Vacations, I managed content strategy, CMS operations, quality assurance, and digital campaigns across a global portfolio of 210 resort properties.
Human-Centered Design: Designed mobile applications for at-risk youth at a residential non-profit and built accessible, responsive web interfaces across diverse sectors.
Diverse Perspective: I’ve briefed Congressional staff, sat across from human trafficking survivors, produced live media, and built digital experiences for global audiences. I understand people, not just "users."
Core Competencies & Education:
Skills: UX Research, Human-Centered Design (HCD), Design Thinking, UI Design (Wireframing to Visual Polish & Developer Handoff), Content Strategy, Information Architecture, Interactive Prototyping, and Web Accessibility (Section 508 / WCAG Compliance).
Education & Credentials: MA in Diplomacy & International Relations | BA in Psychology | UX/UI Design Certificate | Training in Generative AI.
I’m currently exploring my next chapter in UX Research, Content Strategy, or Human-Centered Design within mission-driven organizations.
