The goal of this study was to think about how I might connect with users (millennials working from home) to learn about the biggest blockers in the "work from home" experience.
I used quantitative research methods for this study. I created surveys, sent them out, and received 62 responses.
Once I had all the survey responses, I went through all the data and created an Affinity Map with Post-It Notes, and wrote a report of my finding.
The report can be found below.
I gathered qualitative information about my users and grouped them by categories.
Female Responses
Male Responses
This was my first user research project. I created an online survey, conduct user interviews with the participants that I recruited, and create an affinity map of the data. I had to synthesize data from interview responses. The research included 62 online surveys and 3 interviews (in-person, and FaceTime) from 49 women and 16 men. The ages were divided into four groups: 21-25 years old, 26-30 years old, 31-36 years old and, 37-39 years old. Based on the research study, I was able to identify a list of the biggest pain points that Millennials experienced working from home.
